Watersports Boat Driver – Limassol, Cyprus (Seasonal Position) Join our energetic team on the sunny shores of Limassol and spend your season where the sea meets adventure! As a Watersports Boat Driver, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, exciting water experiences for tourists and locals alike. Core Responsibilities: - Operate boats and jet skis safely during all watersports activities (jet skiing, tubing, banana boat rides and more) - Execute smooth launching, docking, and retrieval of vessels - Monitor sea, weather, and crowd conditions to ensure continuous safety - Keep a vigilant watch over customers and fellow staff in the water Safety Comes First: - Ensure all passengers wear life jackets and are briefed on safety before departure - Clearly explain equipment use and activity rules - Comply with local maritime laws, including speed and distance regulations - Stay alert and ready to respond quickly to emergencies Equipment & Maintenance: - Check fuel, engines, life jackets, and radios daily - Refuel boats and jet skis as needed, following safety procedures - Report and document any damage or technical issues - Maintain clean, functional watercraft and equipment at all times Customer Focus: - Welcome customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude - Offer clear instruction and assistance for getting on/off equipment - Build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive, memorable experience Physical Demands: - Move and secure boats and jet skis in various conditions - Work outdoors all day in sun, heat, and wind - Handle ropes, anchors, and physical launching tasks Serious attention to safety and responsibility is essential.
